The home at 1 Woodford Street has an incredibly open floor plan that is accented by vaulted ceilings. The homeowners took advantage of their TEQHoM INTERACTIVE control system to simplify their daily routine.
Control System Components
This home exemplifies the term whole-house audio. Klipsch speakers are included in nearly every interior room and there are eight speakers surrounding the outdoor pool, including several disguised as rocks.
Lighting in the kitchen and vaulted foyer are also tied into the control system, along with four 50” televisions are mounted throughout the house and in the outdoor living area. The Control4 system is controlled through customized switches, remote controls or iPads.
The homeowners wanted a “goodnight” button programmed that turns off all lights, locks all the doors and arms the security system – all with one touch from the master bedroom.
There are several settings in the kitchen that set the lighting to full brightness, partial brightness or just turning on/off a few lights.
